I called Cherie for a consultation for permanent eyeliner and was really ready when I walked in the door. I was going out of town two days later and she squeezed me in the next day, and I was sooo appreciative. I was thrilled with the results and have been singing her praises every since! She is quite the artist. I'm going back to get my eyebrows done.
