Dr. (Using this title loosely) is not a good person. She has single handedly run two vet practices into bankruptcy. I would not trust her with your pet.

Misrepresentation of being prior Sedona Animal Clinic. Sale of practice I can understand, however new owner not forthcoming about the practice, e.g holistic vs basic veterinary care UNTIL you are there for appointment. Only cursory med exam, does not specify charge for specific services. Perhaps a problem with their "Square up" payment charges as I was charged nearly $50 in county and city sales taxes which is not applicable without a tangible product purchase. E.g food/meds/ supplies you carry away. They did correct the error but NO response when initially brought up the issue. CHAOTIC office and quite unprofessional. I will never take my dog back to Sedona Animal Clinic located in Sedona, AZ. They could not run my Care Credit card through properly, even though I've never had an issue with it in all the years I've used it. My dog was a new patient needing a dental cleaning. When I went to pick her up and tried to pay, my card was declined even though I knew I had enough on the card to cover my bill. I called Care Credit while standing there and they told me the card was not declined and should have gone through.
