Mally is amazing and I am so glad I connected with her on my trip to Sedona. I did a spirit guide reading with her and it was so much more than that, we went on a journey together. Fantastic Kundalini yoga offered by Mally. The location is warm and inviting, Mally has an excellent way of walking you through the session, and the yoga was excellent. If you're looking for a chance to connect with your body, or an emotional release - highly recommend attending one of these sessions!

We have enjoyed several vacations in Sedona and have always enjoyed it- but this year we were able to book a private sound bath session and it was the highlight of our trip so far. Not only is the yoga studio a beautiful place to spend some time- the sound bath was wonderful! The depth and range of sounds were amazing and so very relaxing. This was one of my favorite things that we have ever done in Sedona!
