The technicians, such as Erik, Landon, and Scottin, are professional, patient, and tidy. They explain everything without pressure and do not try to upsell. For one job, they cleared a drain blockage and used a camera to show roots breaking through the pipe, offering reasonable solutions based on a budget. For another, they plumbed in a dishwasher and kitchen sink and removed an unused gas line in a 100 year old home. They also did the right thing by fixing a disposal instead of upselling a new one. Customers appreciate the honesty, knowledge, and efficiency. Wyman Plumbing is highly recommended.
Yesterday, Xavier and Christopher came to fix our clogged sewer. Xavier was professional, friendly and such a conscientious worker. He dug a 3 x 4 foot hole in 117 degree heat, and Christopher used the auger to break away rock. Xavier located and cut away the broken and clogged pipe. He replaced it with better/thicker pipe, treated the area and fixed our drain. When they were finished, our front yard was back to the way it looked before. Thank you to Xavier, Christopher, Ry, and Laysha for coming to our rescue! We HIGHLY recommend Wyman Plumbing and Mechanical.
