My eyeliner and eyebrows are absolutely perfect! Penny is highly skilled and extremely professional. She won’t settle for anything less than perfection, and I am so grateful. My sisters can’t even tell that I have permanent makeup- It’s that good! For the first time in my life I have beautiful, natural looking eyebrows. Thank you, Penny!!

Penny was great , she is a true artist at her trade . She came highly recommended. We all are nervous during these COVID times, but Penny made me feel comfortable and relaxed and SAFE. She was professional and very informative during the process and also about the aftercare procedure. I will be highly recommend her to all my friends and peers

Penny is awesome! I was travelling through town and wasn't able to connect with her during business hours but she went out of her way for me to a find a place further north that carried the skin care products that I needed. If I ever come back through Phoenix I will definitely schedule an appt and buy products!
