Provider Michael Sandridge is an excellent provider: incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and very supportive. Honestly I was hesitant, before my appt, to even see another psychiatric provider due to having not the best of experiences previously at another facility (to be brief, some major issues I was having, for quite some time, were consistently downplayed). He did not rush the appointment at all, was very empathetic, and admirably thorough in his assessment.

Dr. Burstein actually asks relevant questions and correctly diagnosed me, leading to me to be able to work again. I was correctly medicated and assessed. This was unlike the situation in psychiatric hospitals or other doctors. I did come in with a great deal of information about my past which I made sure he had but he was the only one to ask accurate diagnostic questions.

Dr Burstein is obviously experienced in working with those with ADHD/ADD. He knows how to ask the right questions and cut through all the extra fluff! He listens well and takes great notes and is quick at responding to concerns through his office. The office is friendly and efficient and good at relaying messages as well! I’ve had a great experience with them!
