I always went here when we lived in AZ, Then we moved to Utah, where there were no holistic based doctors within a reasonable distance. My son started having stomach issues, he was always complaining of stomach aches and throwing up constantly. Over the coarse of a year, We took him to his pediatrician 5 plus times and the hospital when it got really bad. Even after multiple tests and several different doctors, no one could tell us what was going on. We were eventually referred to a pediatric GI specialist ( it took weeks to get in, meanwhile my son was in constant pain) who told us it was probably nerves/anxiety. I was floored!!! I don't think I have ever felt so hopeless or frustrated in my life.

The way my son was holding his stomach wrenching in pain, there was NO WAY this was anxiety. From start to finish, We went through this frustration for a year before we flew my son out to AZ and had Rebecca miller pull blood and try to see if she could figure out what was going on. ONE APPOINTMENT WAS ALL IT TOOK! she found he was severely gluten intolerant (he was tested for this several times coming up negative with his pediatrician, but apparently they only test 2 enzymes) and the yeast had built up in his gut to a very dangerous level, if it had not been addressed it could have lead to an auto immune disease. His histamine and inflammation levels were also off the charts. we started him on a yeast "killer" and anti-histamine along with some other vitamins. Within a month he was no longer throwing up and feeling SO much better. It was such a relief. it definitely made me feel that if any of my children ever have any issues moving forward, we will be going straight to doctor miller at holistic urgent care instead of messing around with doctors in the traditional medical setting. I cant thank her enough or be more grateful for having this team on our side!!“
