Cade was very professional and willing to spend time answering my questions and explaining things to me. I provided the details of my electrical requests upfront and got the cost estimates right away. Unlike other companies who won’t provide any cost estimates no matter how much details/pictures you provided and always bill a trip charge, The Wire Guy is way better in that regard and with reasonable price. This is the 3rd time I called The Wire Guy in the past 3 months with different services and I will definitely call next time I run into any electrical issues.
Kade was excellent. Very professional. Through my own fault missed my appointment, but Kade was close by and returned to do the job. Don't see that kind of service very often. Thank you.
The electrician came out, did some troubleshooting and determined everything was working fine. No service/ trip charge or making up an issue in order to bill me. I would definitely TRUST the Wire Guy if you need electrical work done.
