So far always a wonderful place to go to! It’s truly a spa where you can have the spa day experience! Meaning you can spend the entire business hours here. You can pack lightly for this experience as they provide your toiletries , blow dryers , curling irons, towels, deodorant , shampoo , conditioners , body wash , q-tips, beauty pads , toner , moisturizer, tooth brush , hair brush , robes , slippers , towels. Etc. just bring your change of clothes and makeup! There’s a big deep jacuzzi , sauna and steam room , lounge room , locker room , waiting room , balcony, shower room , vanity room , spacious toilet rooms, massage rooms and a gift shop. It was ok for the most part. Giving 3 stars for the couples massage. I’ve been going to masseuses for over 30 years. Was really looking forward to a couples massage. It cost more than had we booked individually. All I really wanted was for her to work on my lower back. That has NEVER been an issue ever. It’s NOT my butt, it’s my back, just to be clear. The masseuse refused, turning it into a “policy” they had on not massaging under the blanket. Here’s a thought, just move the blanket. My butt is still completely covered. I said fine and she kept going on.

EDIT: The spa manager reached out to us immediately after our visit. They were professional, kind, and took our concerns seriously, offering a thoughtful resolution. We really appreciated how quickly and sincerely they handled the situation. We both greatly appreciate the professionalism and are thankful that changes/expectations will be reiterated with staff involved to make sure all guests have a luxury experience.
My wife and I were really looking forward to a relaxing spa day, but the experience ended up being pretty disappointing.
