The shades are high quality and they offer longer sizes that others don't offer. We ran into an issue where the measurement was not accurate (shade made too large) and their representative Caleb Samuel has been absolutely fantastic. He has great interpersonal skills, effective communication and has made me feel confident that the company will make sure to fix or replace the shade that was made slightly too big. I highly recommend them as they appear to stand by their products and Caleb is fantastic!

We have used the Shade Store for both shades for several rooms and drapes for another room. We worked with Janet, our salesperson to choose the right product for each room and she was very helpful in all aspects of the sale process. Both installers, Patrick, being the latest installer, were professional, friendly and kept the space neat and clean during installation. The quality of the product is top notch and I would highly recommend.
