Ryan the manager was awesome! I’m still shocked at the level of service I received and what he was able to do for my vehicle. I also witnessed multiple other people get above and beyond service while I was waiting. The Scottsdale service department has it figured out
Best service experience I have ever had hands down. Gave (service advisor) and Kyle (knowledgeable technician) went above and beyond to say the least. Very happy about my experience!
Went for a test drive. The entire staff was very friendly. The challenge was there wasn't good signage as to where the entrance was for the test drive. It's on the south corner of the building. There was an entrance in the middle of the building that was actually for parts and they told me where it was.
