Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. Melissa did come out right after the big storm that we just had and they got up on the roof, looked at the roof, looked at the problem and came down to give us an estimate which was fine. However, when I asked her to send me the pictures they didn't. I gave them my email three times and I gave them my husbands email one time and they never sent the pictures. This was not my decision, it was my husband's decision as to who was going to fix the roof, so he needed the pictures. I like them, they were very nice, but we got nothing done and went to Young roofers - Great service, fixed the problem and we were done!

Run! Do not walk away from Sunset Valleywide Roofing Inc. The female owner, Mother of Dusty, is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever encountered and lacks all aspects of human and customer service skills. I was in the process of purchasing a home in September of 2019. Prior to my closing date, I contacted the selling Realtor to let her know that a roof tile had blown off the roof after a heavy monsoon storm. The selling Realtor, who apparently has worked with Sunset Valleywide Roofing Inc. in the past, contacted this company to travel to my residence to repair the roof tile.
