Ruel is my Fascial Stretch Guru and Amanda is my Electrons Plus Queen! Their powers combined have supercharged my post hip replacement rehab in my 40's to get my strength and mobility back to doing the things I love: gym, F45, dance, hiking, life! Stretch Care has the BEST team and I highly recommend! A million stars! ?
I’ve been working with Ruel now weekly for over 6 months. When I met Ruel I was looking for someone to keep my body In check and assist with not only recovery but injury prevention.
I train 6 days a week, as an ex Ironman triathlete I still run, swim, and bike weekly as well as intense weigh sessions. I’m also an avid golfer and play weekly tournaments. I can say that my body has never felt so good since working the Ruel.
When I sustained a bulging disc last year he was able to help me through the recovery process and it has not bothered me since.

Ruel is my Fascia Stretch Master!! I feel amazing. He analyzed me, stretched me and corrected my posture. With his thorough explanations and precise body stretching techniques, I feel taller and way more flexible. I highly recommend for all athletes!
