As a young professional, my most valuable asset is time. Austin with Southwest Tax Strategies really impressed me with his straight-to-the-point communication and use of technology in terms of the client portal. Any forms or signatures that were required could be easily uploaded or signed within the e-portal. While the convenience factor was a selling point on its own, SWTS really made my wife and I feel as though our taxes were in good hands. Austin was thorough and concise in his questions and requests. This was my first year using SWTS and, for the reasons listed, it will not be the last! I truly cannot overstate how happy we were with the service we received from SWTX, highly recommend.
