Dr. Gordon Grado goes beyond and provides detailed diagnosis and treatment based on the individuals circumstances. He’s not a one-size-fits-all type like the larger medical facilities in this country are trending towards. He does what he thinks is the most proper common sense effective path to recovery. "Are you ready, this will break your bank?" Today happens to be the most beautiful day of my life, because I didn't allow San Tan Valley Nails to bust my bubble. You see I took my 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters for a day of pampering but instead we were disappointed by the services and product of this company. I had manicure and a pedicure, and my family all had full sets of nails for Christmas. The nails were mediocre, very simple and short with the exception of one of us... my older granddaughter. She had a long set with a design on 2 of the middle fingers. Amongst the 6 people that works there, I only have respect for Kim. If even that's her true name. Tim, is horrible with a narcissistic attitude. He seems unprofessional as evidenced by him stirring at my boops rather than my face, or when he says inappropriate remarks about my figure. The second Tim is okay but the did the worst nail set once for me. I usually don't complain, this time I'm going to pure it out there. When I first got there, I observed a lady paying for her nails service and she said, "I've done this same nail before and this price seems to higher today. Sure enough, I was saying the same thing at the end of our services. Please don't blame your downfalls regarding Covid with me. I feel like this nail operators are trying to make up cost for the last 2 years due to Covid. I didn't cause the Covid so why should I pay for it? I also tipped generously to all of them. I was overcharged $390.00 + 20% tips for just simple 5 manicure and 1 pedicure. The quality of products is bad and bad for my sensitive skin. The pedicure was a 4 of 10. They didn't scrub off dead skin but I paid for the service. I can go on and on. But hopefully this review will help others with their decision and also I hope that they improve on their service. Next time, I'll be ready when someone says, "this will break your bank". PLEASE ALWAYS discuss the PRICE before the NAIL service is COMPLETED much love

This is the most compassionate group of medical professionals I have ever met. Dr. Grado is a caring physician. You can't always say that when you leave a doctors office. Kari and Katina made me feel so welcome and I felt they truly cared about me. I can't recommend this office highly enough.

The office staff, nurses, MAsn technicians etc and Dr grado himself are all so friendly and accommodating doing whatever they can to make your treatment more pleasant. Customer service is top notch, a real rarity these days.
