Southwest Equine Hospital provides excellent care for horses. They have a relationship with an ophthalmologist for specialized eye care. The hospital staff is friendly and helpful, and they handle emergencies promptly. They perform tests in-house, providing quick results. Clients appreciate the hospital's professionalism and dedication to equine health.
My horse had an emergency over the weekend (of course) and I needed any vet to come out when I couldn't reach mine. Dr. Alexia was incredibly helpful, kind, caring, and went above and beyond for my horse. Her care impressed me so much that I've switched my horse to her practice.
Wonderful care for our horse with a corneal ulcer. Super happy they have a site use relationship with Dr Reed from Eyeshine Veterinary too. Dr Browne, Cindy and all staff we met were very nice and helpful.
Dr Browne came out right away, my mare was having a 104.5 degree fever off and on and acting slightly colicky. She was great, took blood and poop samples and called me within an hour or so with results since this hospital does their tests in house!! I was so happy with how things were handled and the front desk person was so helpful as well. This was my first time using them since my regular vet was out of town and I'll definitely use their services again (hopefully I won't have to anytime soon but I know my horse is in good hands) thank you guys so much!
