Highly recommend! This was my first visit. Had a cleaning then a crown onlay a few days later. Dr Herro was very friendly personable and professional. The same can be said for ALL of the staff that I met. I very much appreciated the follow up text from Dr Herro.

I had my new patient visit and they did an amazing job of level setting on where things stood to create a baseline. They were all very friendly. Lilly was my hygienist and was great! Dr. Herro was very thorough and explained thing well.
There was one thing that left a bad taste in my mouth ;-) . In past dentist appts. I have never had to pay for fluoride to be applied to my teeth. In my case I consider that to be a nice to have, but it was not communicated that that was an additional charge. That would be good to communicate to the patient. It was nominal but a surprise none-the-less. I am expecting future visits will be just as good.
Five stars for Karla! She gave me a deep cleaning today. Karla has such a good vibe and makes the patients feel so comfortable. Attitude is everything and Karla has the best bedside manner I've ever seen!
