Melanie is not only knowledgable about products, but incredibly attentive to every concern and need expressed. Her swift, gentle motions are guaranteed to put even the most tense person in a sleepy-state. The conversation will flow in such an organic manner, you will feel like you're catching up with a dear old friend-- one that cares solely about making you feel at peace.
