Within 24 hours of calling and leaving a voicemail, I had him out to my house providing a quote, in addition to coming back SAME DAY later that evening (to accommodate with my schedule) to clean two large area rugs. My rugs look good as NEW, and I will most definitely be call back to have all tile throughout my house cleaned.
