Accidentally cracked my key fob the other day. I tried going to the dealership to get a new case for it and they wanted to charge me $500+ for a new key fob. I called around and found this locksmith place and I sent him over the pics and they said they could just fix the case for me. I am very happy with this experience. They are very professional and helpful. My key had the chip stuck in there and they were so kind to remove it and save me from getting a new key fob! I really appreciate their effort and honest services. I would highly recommend using them for any locksmith needs!?
Had to replace lock on outside gate as key was stuck in lock. I knew I had to replace lock. Called at 7:00am. Isaac was over at 8:15 done by 9:00. Replaced with a new lock and explained how to and demonstrated how to keep lock working properly for a longer life since it is outdoors. Reasonably priced fast and professional . I will use this company again for any further repairs.Highly recommend. Understand all the 5 star ratings.
OMG what great customer service. Called around to get a few quotes from some high rated local Scottsdale locksmiths. Wanted a smart lock which would work remotely. All three recommended Yale. Two of the three said they would sell me the lock for between $250-$300 and then a service charge and installation. Leo from Scottsdale Locksmith said, if you're a Costco member they have them on sale right now for $149. He saved me about $100 on the lock, actually $200 cause I bought two of them and was really reasonably priced on installation and flexible on install time. Leo was a perfectionist, a great guy and made sure everything worked perfectly before he left.
