Currently in the middle of a repair of my 2025 Honda Civic. My only question is how do you order parts and not recieve any form of tracking. No one has given me a clear answer on the status of the parts and im stuck paying for a rental car with no end insight. I wish I could give a good review but this has been quite difficult. For context its a fender a bumper a head light and an air box with clips. I would happily change this review if I could get an accurate timeline for the repair of my family's car

Cassie and Jessica are incredible! I was in a car accident due to someone running a red light, and had such a hard time with their insurance. Cassie and Jessica went the extra mile to advocate for me to ensure my car would get fixed properly and within the quickest time frame they possibly could. They stayed in touch with me every week, sometimes multiple times a week, with updates on my vehicle. This was my first (and hopefully only) car accident, and they made the process as seamless as possible for me. I appreciate SCC so much and would recommend anyone to them!
