We had a great experience with Salt River Veterinary Specialist from the first phone call I made. Kara took her time with me to listen to my concerns and even consulted with Dr. Glick before further advising me over the phone. She offered me a same day appointment but I chose to make an appointment the following day. Dr. Glick took her time to listen to our story and offer some insight into what we could expect. Ultimately, she performed an ultrasound on our Charlie and advised that she felt the next best step was surgery. Dr. Aaren Glick is truly one of the kindest, most compassionate veterinarians we’ve ever worked with. She helped diagnose our dog with lymphoma, and she made an incredibly stressful and time-sensitive situation feel manageable. She went above and beyond, including calling me after hours with updates, and I genuinely felt like she gave me her full attention and made sure we weren’t forgotten.

My dog had to spend a very long, expensive day in emergency a few weeks back. The critical care Dr said she needed to see an internal specialist for her condition. She recommended Salt River Veterinary Specialists. When I called and explained the situation they got us in same day which was amazing. Dr. Glick is amazing!! Her treatment and plan for Penny was spectacular. My dog went from not being able to support her own weight and in considerable pain to being basically back to 100% and pain free in 36 hours.
