As a previous salon owner, I would always reach out to someone who left a bad review. I would have them come back it for a complementary service and ask them to remove or edit review. I have send an email to management with No reply! Poor customer service!!!!

Katie Carol and Rachel are top tier when it comes to their profession and helping me with my hair. They always make me feel and look so beautiful leaving the salon. If you're looking for a new hair guru, I would definitely recommend.

Rachael consistently delivers exceptional results, impressing me every single time. After making the bold choice to change my hair color for the first time in many years, she executed the transformation flawlessly. I have worked at Sachi Salon & Spa for a year now and have had my hair done, my nails and a facial too. I have to say EVERYONE who works there are top notch professionals!! They are all friendly and talented. From the manager, Sandy to the nail techs & hair stylists, who most have worked there for over 10 years, this salon is way above par... It's super clean too!! I recommend this salon to anyone who wants to walk out looking fabulous!!!

Eddie is excellent. Couldn't ask for a better stylist! Thank you. Everyone was so professional and polite. It's a beautiful place. Really enjoyed my service, even my tea from the beverage bar. Will return!!

BEWARE if you are looking for rental space as a business owner spare yourself great pain and look elsewhere. I am writing this review as a previous tenant med spa in Sachi salons run by Aaron (son of the owner) and Kristen his manager. without going into detail of the events and the abuse from Aaaron that I experienced as a tenant in sachi salons I am writing in hopes to protect others, especially females, biz owners since I witnessed others treated with disrespect from Aaron.Because he is the son of the owner he is able to run a house of terror and control. His father is aware of this and allows it. I had theft in my med spa of product and filed a police report.Aaron denied anyone who worked for him that had keys my med spa in the evening would have stole product. i was told he has video in the building, yet refused to watch his video to see who entered my salon when it was closed. Aaron used his power and control to treat me with utmost disrespect. threats and absolute untruths due to his girlfriend, being best friends with one of the business owners there. The details of what occurred while I was there would be too lengthy to write. There were so many. he is extremely unprofessional. and acts because his father is the owner he has the right to not be ethical. Look elsewhere and save yourself. great pain as a business owner if you're looking. for a nice rental place because this is not it.!

Rachael is my stylist and I have never loved my hair more!!! She is so efficient and always listens and provides exactly what I am looking for! Plus she has such an incredible energy and vibe, chatting with her is always a bonus. Definitely book with Rachael, you will not be disappointed!
