We moved into a new (to us) home that no one had lived in for over a year, on day 4 the main sewer line backed up at 10:30pm. We called Roto-Rooter, the woman who answered the phone was kind, courteous and quick to find us help. Angel the service tech was out to the house within 30 minutes and had our issue resolved quickly. Great service all around. Thank you!
Well, your staff showed up with the proper equipment went down my drain cleared everything out that I couldn’t and then went down a second time just to make sure and then put some enzymes down the drain to take care of anything that was left behind so the service was excellent, and they should be proud of the service that they provide
Very happy with Pat the plumber- came out for a small issues in my backyard and fixed it quick and efficiently. Also he’s super friendly and down to earth! Hard to find good quality workers like himself. Thank you Patrick
