I contacted Rite Way plumbing because of a water leak at my house. I called them Tuesday afternoon and a technician/plumber , Todd McGriff, was there the next morning. He was very professional, informative and personable. After discussing various options with me, we decided on a plan, a solution to my leak problem. I was put on their work schedule for the very next day which impressed me! Todd was articulate and clear when discussing options and pros and cons of each. A good experience.
