Beware to hairstylists. They also have an online platform Phan Haus edu for hairstylist education, that steals your money if you’ve ever been subscribed with a card on file. I used to have a lot of respect for Linh and Maggie but they are just dishonest people.

If I could zero stars, I would. I had my hair complete destroyed by one of their stylist who was marketed as a blonde specialist. When I left, my hair was about 3 inches shorter due to extreme over processing. It's been two months and I'm still losing massive amounts of hair from the breakage. I've had to spend around $500 so far in products and repair services just to get a little life back. I reached out to the salon owner and they did nothing about it. I will not be returning and wanted to write this review so no one had to go through what I went through.Service: Hair coloring

I got horribly overcharged here. Almost 800 dollars for just all over color and a haircut, no bleach or lifting or anything extensive. The appointment took only about 2 hours total… I was shook. The audacity in asking that much money for just that. I figured whatever, the stylist was talented so at least the touch up will be cheaper. Nope. She wanted to charge me full price for a touch up on just color.Services: Haircut

Love love love the atmosphere and vibe here. All of the stylists seem to be in a good place, enjoying their time creating hair art. I personally see Hair by Gaby who is absolutely incredible. She listens to what I want, takes the time to understand and talk about it, and makes it happen!!

I won't ever be returning to this salon for several reasons. My first time to Phanhaus was fine, I was greeted right away and my stylist knew exactly what I wanted. I LOVED my hair cut and was so happy I found a fun stylist after moving from Cali. Idk what happened with Ashley, but my second appointment was the most unprofessional I've ever had my hair cut. I'm not sure if it's because I asked for another stylist to do my undercut, which I also regretted because it took FOREVER when the she said it would only take a moment, and she wanted to use a straight blade; which took longer and the design wasn't that great for the time. Back with Ashley, I tell her I want my hair exactly how I left last time. I mentioned "heavier on the sides of the bangs because of my cowlicks" SHE told me we did this last hair cut. I don't know hair terminology so I made the mistake of saying "curtain bangs" but I also said I wanted exactly what I had last time. I also asked for my bangs to not be ABOVE my brow. She starts cutting, and I can see they're not the same and above my brow. She admits she cannot remember what we did last time, and that she was cutting curtain bangs. Her way of fixing my bangs was to cut into my long tail ends of my anime bob, pieces that take FOREVER to grow back!! And asks me "can we live with this?" In a harsh tone when I look like a butchered Dora. The bangs she planned on doing were above my brow, she wasn't listening from the get go. It's been a year of me going to a different stylist and growing out her mistake but my god to this day I am SO UPSET about that appointment and how my hair USED to look. This salon needs to work on its attitude, on booking, and get a receptionist if it plans on going anywhere. It reeks of "snob" and makes me uncomfortable.

I've been coming here for 2 years and cannot say enough good things about the salon, the vibe, and stylists. I highly recommend Isabelle for any of your hair needs. She is meticulous, patient, and easy to talk to. A genuine HAIR QUEEN. If you're looking to get your blonde goals fulfilled, she's your gal.

This review is for the lack of professionalism with Cat Coiffeur. I live 4 hours from Scottsdale and booked a (not cheap) hotel the night before since my appointment was at 10 am. Got a text asking if I could move my appt to 12 pm and I said I preferred not to, then was told my appointment would be cancelled and I could reschedule for another day. I asked if I could still come in at 12 pm then, and then was told the whole day would be cancelled because of an emergency (but first they asked to move my appointment because of a client cancellation.) Help me understand why I am charged a fee if I cancel the week of the appointment, but the stylist can cancel the morning of? They clearly do not respect their clients.

I recommend highly Kamryn. You can book through the link on her Instagram(kaleidoscope_styles_). I did my hair with Emily before. But the results were always different from the styles that I showed her. I showed them the same picture as reference. However, Kamryn was able to color and style my hair the way I want! It is important to listen to the clients and able to achieve what they want. Not many people can do that

I can't say enough great things about Phanhaus. Linh and his staff are not only some of the best in the industry, but truly create art with hair. I have been getting my hair cut here for the last 2 years (maybe longer?) and don't plan on changing that any time soon!
