Terrible experience. I mad an appointment for an annual physical and when I came in they told me it had been canceled by their call center. They never even notified me to reschedule or cancel. Total waste of time.

I was scheduled to see Dr Gujrathi at 2:30 pm and the receptionist Debbie states she doesn’t have an apt for me. I had written the apt date, time and address and drove 30 minutes just for them to say we don’t have an appointment for me. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. They don’t even bother to try to get me in. This is some of the worst disorganization I have experienced. Now I wonder how organized they are with medical records. Bad
