I like the personal one on one training. In addition to the traditional equipment I also like the new innovated and fun options for working out Wayne has in the gym with those Kangoo Jump Boots and The Frog Machine and the trainer Darrin also working with the Kids my teen son get a really good boxing

The best personal trainers I've encountered! I'm a former Marine and thought I'd been trained by the best until I trained with Michael Sokol and One-on-One Fitness. I've trained with One-on-One Fitness in numerous cities where they have locations. These trainers possess an impressive attention to detail, and are the best trainers I've come across.
