Assistant General Manager Ms. Stephanie Shatynski (pronounced Shat-Inski) provides a++ service. From her friendly greeting, diligent help resolving missing key card concerns, to even being there to re-rack your weights and give you a spot, Steph is the gym buddy of your dreams. Would highly suggest to the forgetful and clumsy, the staff will be extra kind to you!
Best gym I have been to in Phoenix. Great facility and very clean. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Stephanie is a pleasure and helps to boost the energy of all gym goers. 10/10 would recommend.
Great gym with ideal location in the heart of old town. Close to the bike path so I often ride in along the canal. Staff is super friendly- shout out Stephanie and Aidan for their exceptional hospitality. I would recommend the executive club!
