Horrible experience. Was told that my services were covered by my insurance. Then got a surprise bill. Tried to get it resolved and they gave me the runaround.Not to mention, this was my first experience with acupuncture. Nancy was not helpful in providing me with any information. It made all my symptoms worse.I never write reviews but I feel like I needed to warn anyone that may be interested in getting a service from this facility.

Would post a 0 if I could. Spoke with Nancy to confirm benefits and cost because I don't like getting surprise costs- was then told that the # I provided was wrong, I found that to be odd because why wouldn't the intake people contact me to have the # updated and confirmed prior to my appointment. I then provided the # and was told that was indeed the # that was called but benefits were unable to be verified? Asked if a second call could be made but Nancy said "we are small practice of 4 people and we don't have time to call insurance and sit for 30 minutes." I found that to be harsh as I booked an appointment and was going to be a potential client. I then said well I don't feel comfortable without knowing the cost and this could affect me coming to get treatment and was told she was busy and had to go. I felt there was no compassion and decided to cancel my appointment. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I have been getting acupuncture facials at North Scottsdale Acupuncture 2 or 3 years. The results each time are positive and noticeable. My skin is brighter and my facial muscles tighter. The effect has been cumulative over time and if I go too long between treatments that is also noticeable. The treatments have a positive physical benefit as well! Nancy calls them anti-aging and I believe they are, both for my body and psyche! I am no longer surprised when people tell me I don’t look my 74 years. They are right. I don’t - and the credit is due to Nancy Brem at North Scottsdale Acupuncture.

North Scottsdale Acupuncture is absolutely the best! Nancy is so great at what she does! She really knows her 'needles' and how to work them! :) I have started feeling better after only a couple of treatments! Love this eastern medicine & Nancy! :)

Nancy is a very professional, caring, competent practitioner. I had never had acupuncture and was highly skeptical, but decided to try it for some issues I was having and I was amazed to see immediate results. She even accommodated my extreme sensitivity to needles by using using a very fine gauge which I was able to tolerate well. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
