Kevin came by the office to set up my new computer. He was great in setting it up and making sure all the software and hardware was sync'd and ready to go. Made my onboarding process really easy.
I am very appreciative of all work what Nathan did. He spent almost 3h to fix the problem. At first it was look at easy job but when he looked deeper, he found out that is more complicated.
Nathan and MyTek worked diligently to help me with my important IT issue. Although he wasn't able to figure it out the first day, he immediately called me back the next morning with new ideas and was able to fix the problem. Thank you, Nathan and MyTek!
