Just went to my first class at Modern Yoga today and was very impressed with our instructor Christina Talla who has a positive and encouraging spirit. I appreciated Christina's clear, relaxed, and flexible approach, giving us directions for movements at just the right pace but also giving us opportunities to adapt the practice to our own needs and skill level. Plus I must add that the music was awesome, and I had a hard time not dancing through some of the asanas where we were supposed to be still! ;) I'll look forward to attending another class when I'm next in town.

Dropped in from out of state and attended John’s 9:30 flow. Great energy and knowledge of adjustments. Enjoyed the entire vibe and will definitely return when visiting Scottsdale!

I love the classes here! I was fortunate enough to get a good deal on passes and have been taking classes over the last month. I love John’s flow classes as he does a great job teaching you the poses and helping you get the most out of the class! I look forward to my progress over the next few remaining classes!
