I really enjoyed my complimentary experience at Optimyze. I had the opportunity to try every treatment they offer, and my favorites were the cryotherapy chamber, infrared sauna, sound bath bed, and red light room.
The studio is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out. Despite offering so many different treatments, it never felt crowded or overwhelming. Callie was fantastic—she took the time to explain everything and made sure we were able to experience each service.

I can’t recommend Optimyze enough! Spent a full afternoon here with my friend recharging. The staff is so friendly and they have every service for recovery. Will be back soon.
