I’ve been working with Meriem for the last few months. She takes the time to understand my needs and limitations and created a highly personalized training plan. She pushes me when needed and has been an outstanding trainer to work with. She also helped me get my posture right during the workout, which was very helpful.
I really enjoyed working with Mobile Trainers and Meriem and would highly recommend them.
Emily has been working with my mom for the past year. She has helped keep her active and strong enough to travel. I recently had the pleasure of joining in on a couple of their sessions and was impressed with how patient and diligent she is. She maintains detailed, hand-written notes and has quite the repertoire of exercises to target specific movements and muscles.
Love working with Emily over the past several months. Having someone come to me helps me make sure that my workouts get done, even during those really busy weeks when there never seems to be enough time.
