When we re-engaged him the following April, the project started exactly on time in May. Every team member we worked with—including Greg, Danka, and Bart—was fantastic. They score a perfect 10/10 for punctuality, communication, craftsmanship and cleanliness. What truly stood out was their flexibility. When we had to pause the project for a few days to investigate an unexpected issue, Mission was highly accommodating and resumed our work immediately without putting us at the back of the line. We are thrilled with both the service and the beautiful, finished product.

Wanted a quote for repair. They said they needed to look at it. Scheduled time out of my day for them to show up, and he barely even glanced at the floor. It was just a sleazy tactic for an upsale like when a car salesman takes your keys or drivers license. Wasted my time. Could have been done over the phone.

We recently purchased a home and instantly fell in love with the existing wood flooring. Although the floors showed some wear and tear, we were committed to preserving them. After removing the old cabinets, we discovered that paint had been spilled on the floors during previous work.
I’ve included a “before” photo of the kitchen and an “after” shot from the den—what a transformation! The paint and other blemishes are completely gone, and the floors look brand new.
Everyone we interacted with—from the office staff to the technicians—was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had to reschedule several times due to ongoing work in the house, and Danka in the office was especially patient and accommodating with the changes.
I highly recommend Mission Hardwood to anyone looking to bring their wood floors back to life. Their craftsmanship and customer service are top-notch.
