Merit has done well each time I’ve needed their services. For about 4 years they have serviced a tankless water heater at a rental property and their communication is great and it’s a good value. I will continue to do business with them it’s a well-run operation.
We’ve used Merit plumbing at both our buisness and home over the last handful of years and found their quality of work to be exceptional and pricing to be reasonable and fair based on several bids. In addition to routine scheduled jobs they’ve responded to plumbing emergency’s quickly allowing us to keep the buisness open! Equally important is the Merit employees are friendly, personable attitudes when on the job.
Recommended by a friend I was directed to Michael DeFrates at Merit Plumbing to fix an issue ( non urgent) I was having with my Rinnai Tankless Water heaters. Michael was able to visit my home, diagnose my issue and complete the work within a matter of a couple of days. Michael was prompt, professional and tidy in his work.....I would highly recommend Michael and Merit Plumbing.
