This is a quality outfit and I'm so glad I chose to use them! What started with a busted connection - in old plumbing under the kitchen sink - turned a three hour tankless water heater installation into six hours - I felt so bad! But the boys stayed diligent and patient and . . . nice. Mike kept with his estimate, despite the cost of new parts and labor hours - integrity like that is unusual. They were a delight to work with and are now my plumbing choice for all kinds of work!
