I was needing a last minute wax, never have booked here before but decided to give it a go. I have extremely thick, course hair so soft wax has never been preferred especially for a Brazilian. One reason for this is that soft wax tends to make Brazilians a longer service considering they have to do smaller and MORE sections (ouch!)! I had no idea this place was solely soft, which is my fault now that I look on the website and see they advertise this place as such. Unfortunately, I did have some skin complications/irritants after receiving my wax here that I never have previously in my 3 years of waxing with hard wax.
