Michelle is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, which made a huge difference. They took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and made sure we felt comfortable the entire visit.
It’s not always easy bringing an older family member somewhere, but they treated her with so much respect and care. She left smiling and feeling confident, which honestly meant everything to me.
The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and relaxing, and the service itself was excellent. You can really tell they care about their clients, not just the results but the overall experience.
Michelle is the absolute BEST!!! She is a hair angel sent down from heaven. My hair was thin and dry and miserable and she has helped me get it healthy and growing out and looking soooo much better. She is an expert at covering grey (getting old is the worst) and she takes the time to show me how to get the same look at home that she gets in the salon chair. My mom is going through chemo and has very very short hair that’s growing back in, and Michelle gave her a cut and colored her hair bright purple; and it looks amazing!!
