I am visiting from Mississippi and found the hotel's gym inadequate. I contacted LA Fitness to inquire about a day pass. The receptionist, Paula, provided excellent assistance throughout the process. If you are in the Scottsdale area and wish to exercise, LA Fitness is the preferred option.

Victor at the front desk was awesome. I am here for vacation and wanted to check out the gym. He was great with showing me around and giving me a sweet experience. Highly recommend this gym and this location!

I recently visited this LA Fitness. I just happen to being doing business at the local Credit Union. I had a pending business appointment in about an hour, so I was pressed for time.
Went I went into the LA Fitness facility, I was greeted by Matthew O. I advised him that I needed pay my monthly gym dues ($29.99). I attempted to pay in cash, but I discovered that I only had $24.00 in cash. Matthew O, agreed to except the $24.00, made a call and waived the $5.99 to bring the account current.
