The guy responded in a timely manner and quickly fixed the problem. I wish I would have gotten his name. Our door closes fine and our little rescue pup is safe. We called 10 people and these guys were the only ones that showed up! Thanks!
After much research of local services, this seemed like a great company to hire. There is occasional issues with follow up from their main office, initial estimates are usually unreasonable (much more than needed recommended to get the job done), techs were late by about 30 minutes on average, and office never would provide us with an actual invoice. However, after much effort, we were overall satisfied with the outcome and have used their services on 3 occasions.
