Some yoga studios are just studios that have yoga classes and then there's JUST BE! The staff is warm and friendly, the actual classes are awesome with knowledgeable attuned instructors, music on point, spacious and clean shower/changing area and the cutest merch shop. They're the whole experience, which is what I look for to enhance my yoga practice. Best hot yoga I've found so far outside of NY/NJ

My first ever hot yoga experience was awesome. It was intense but also a “go at your own” pace. The music was great, the instructor was knowledgeable and led the class very well. My friends and I will be going back!

Love starting my weekend with the Friday 8:00 am class. Shelley is amazing! Her class is challenging but attainable! You leave feeling accomplished and very sweaty. ? I’ll definitely be back!!
