Stay away from this company. I was about to rent a home through America One Luxury Real Estate (property manager Melvin Comstock) and I'm glad I dodged this bullet. I spoke with Melvin about a home we were drafted a lease for and had simple questions about the current conditions of the place & details drafted in the lease. When I attempted to address these questions Melvin Comstock was incredibly rude. He completely dismissed all of my questions and was extremely demeaning.
