Both of my kids see Dr. Bienstock and we love her! She is very kind and thorough. She doesn’t upsell unnecessary procedures that a lot of dental offices do. I appreciate her honesty and happy demeanor. My kids take to her very well which makes a world of difference as they are 1 and 2.5 years old. I highly recommend her and this office!

Everyone at Ironwood has been amazing! I would like to give Ericka a major shout out. Her work ethic is beyond amazing. She has been so supportive and wonderful to work with in a difficult situation with my granddaughter. I can’t thank her enough! She definitely deserves a raise.

I brought my level three autistic daughter for cleaning and X-rays today, and had a wonderful experience. My daughter is non-verbal and it can be extremely difficult to have her sit still for these appointments. The staff was welcoming, understanding and very patient with my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised to feel this way as many offices become naturally overwhelmed by my daughter’s stimming. Thank you so much for making my daughter feel so comfortable, to where we were actually (for the first time) able to sit through a full cleaning.

My son is 6 and we have seen Dr Bienstock since he was 1! We have changed offices for her, driven farther because there is no one else I would trust like we trust her! My son knows her and is comfortable, her team is always attentive and the pride she takes in the experience is everything! As a mom, time matters, so being on time and being able to do sealants same day was amazing! Thank you Ironwood Team and Dr B for being so great!

We had a lovely experience here today. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hygienist was very patient and worked with our toddler. The doctor gave us good information and did not shame us for any choices we made. Our toddler left with a balloon, prize, and a big smile on his face. After a bad experience at a different dentist, this was a breath of fresh air. Thank you all so much for treating your patients with care!

Sensational. They greeted my daughter by name as soon as she walked in and everyone was so patient with her. Can't wait to bring the rest of my daughters once they actually have teeth

I absolutely LOVED LOVED, their overall service! My daughter felt really comfortable and cannot wait to go back to the Dentist. I really appreciate Dr. Bienstock's caring nature and expertise. The office is adorable and a very welcoming atmosphere for children.

We have been going to Ironwood for years and have always had a great experience. All 4 of my kids actually love going to the dentist because everyone there is so kind and easygoing and they make my kids feel right at home!

The clinic is to the children's liking and helps to relieves the pressure, the staff is very patient and explains to the parent and the child the situation and the options to treat the case. We received excellent service and of course we will return, hopefully only for cleaning ;)
