I had a long standing nerve injury that I was struggling to find relief for. I tried everything: PT, exercise, rest, massage, dry needling. After just a few sessions at IronCare, I was able to make a major recovery!

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Sherman and his staff. Professional and friendly, the doctor fixed my debilitating vertigo on my first visit. I HIGHLY recommend him. I only wish I had gone to see him sooner.

Dr. Sherman has been my go to for over 10 years. I am actually embarrassed I have not written a review for him yet. He helped me with facet joints, lower spinal bulge and my wife's torn calf/planter fasciitis issue. Amazing Dr!

Dr. Sherman is incredible. I had experience with Active Release Techniques in college at ASU, and those few treatments in the early 2000s saved my athletic career. Years later, after hurting myself playing sports, I went looking for someone to do ART and straighten me up. Well it turns out that Dr. Sherman is one of the leading intructors of these techniques. And, he's an Ironman himself. AND worked Ironman events as one of the on-site doctors for years. Almost every time I go in, I run into some gritty, steely eyed endurance athlete in the lobby, popping in for a tuneup. I have sent at least 5 people his way due to injuries, car accidents, or just chiropractic care, and all have reported great experiences like me. My 8 year old took a hard fall playing laser tag and was limping for a week. He was so kind and gentle with her. 2 visits over 4 days and she was RUNNING. I visit fairly regularly for chiropractic care, and in streaks of appointments for injury care because I can't stay away from the weight room / racquets / paddles / surfboards / bike / greenbelt (ha). The best part is this: when he wants to see you again, he says so. When you're done with an issue, he seems to know before I do, and says "Ok call if you need me." P.S. Laurel is the nicest office manager you'll ever meet.

Dr Sherman made a huge difference for me with a serious injury, ultimately helping prevent the need for surgery. He's incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely a 5 star medical professional.

Over the years I've been in need of seeing a good chiropractor from time to time. As a person who plays sports and exercises regularly (3-5 time per week), I've had occasion to hurt myself or simply cause discomfort from poor practices. This last year, I hurt myself a couple of time playing ice hockey and came in (via a recommendation) to see Dr. Sherman.I was very pleasantly surprised with his approach, his communication and his skill as a practitioner. Everything was always clearly communicating. All the options were presented at various times and he game me enough information, and while making recommendations, left me in full control of decisions on what I felt best about regarding treatment. He did the background work to figure out my current condition before treatment course was determined, both asking me about important sports injury history and getting examinations of my spine. He was always extremely diligent with any adjustments, taking a long time and care to be sure the entire musculature frame was properly stretched and relaxed. Often, my back and nerves would simply reset without any jarring adjustments. His diligent use of stretch and massage of the muscles and frame made any other movement almost ancillary, but always effective. Finally, Dr. Sherman was there to make my health the first priority, not the number of treatments or extent of his invoice. In fact, recently when I returned because of a month long battle with lower back pain, he examined me and noticed that I was walking with extreme pronation. He asked to examine my shoe and quickly noticed the arch support had completely collapsed on my old shoes. He quickly recommended I simply buy a new pair of supportive shoes. In literally 24 hours after wearing a new pair of shoes my lower back was completely well. The point is, he recommended something that was best for me, even though it didn't benefit his practice at all. I appreciate a person with that kind of integrity.
