Working with Slade, Kelly, Bernie, Caleb, and Cristian at Trinity Homes was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From day one, Trinity Homes felt like the perfect fit—not just for our renovation, but also for their excellent communication and genuine care in making our project everything we hoped for.
Since we would be back in Canada during the renovation, it was essential to find a company that respected our neighbors and adhered strictly to association regulations. Trinity Homes truly went above and beyond; they even sent our neighbor a thoughtful gift to thank them for their patience with the construction happening nearby. This level of respect and consideration made us feel confident in our choice.
One of Trinity Homes' standout strengths was their use of an online platform to keep us updated. We received daily and weekly progress reports, complete with photos, which made it incredibly convenient to track the renovation from afar. I remember logging in one morning to see a detailed update on the new kitchen cabinetry—being able to view photos and messages in real time gave us peace of mind and kept us fully engaged in the process.
Of course, like any renovation, there were a few hiccups along the way. Thanks to their clear and timely communication, the problems were resolved quickly and without stress.
