Unfortunately paid $270 for an inspection that was a joke. He some how missed an HVAC that was covered in electrical tape and wasn’t working properly. Now we get to pay for an entire new HVAC, thanks so much for not doing your job and costing us $10k!

They did two inspections, and missed the leaky bathroom sink, broken light blub in the kitchen, the bathroom door that would not stay closed, the rusted kitchen sink and the stiff shower handle that broke the first day I moved in. Not sure what he did on the second inspection, but I got charged for him showing up I guess? (In response to the owner, the first inspection was on 12/21/2021 the second on 3/31/22. I have used this company multiple times over many years. They have always been great. Both Kent & Eric are quick to answer questions above the call of duty, like how to I repair something that came up on inspection. I have been very happy and highly recommend. I just called them to inspect after a contractor at my house to make sure an AC was installed right. They were willing to come out for that small job. Really appreciate these guys!

Being a realtor, its important to work with a great inspection company. When you are buying a home it can be one of the most important things, as it tells you everything about your new home. Inspector budget is extremely thorough, responsive, helpful, and they have great rates. Highly recommended.
