Inspector Budget is my go to refer for all my clients that are needing a home inspection. They always have detailed reports that will include pictures and updated factor warranties. The owner Kent is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond.

I have used this company multiple times over many years. They have always been great. Both Kent & Eric are quick to answer questions above the call of duty, like how to I repair something that came up on inspection. I have been very happy and highly recommend. I just called them to inspect after a contractor at my house to make sure an AC was installed right. They were willing to come out for that small job. Really appreciate these guys!

Being a realtor, its important to work with a great inspection company. When you are buying a home it can be one of the most important things, as it tells you everything about your new home. Inspector budget is extremely thorough, responsive, helpful, and they have great rates. Highly recommended.
