I've purchased 16 homes in my lifetime and the inspection part is my least favorite. However, AJF Inspection company is amazing! Showed up on time, in fact completed one part of the inspection early. I had several questions and the inspector answered all of them. This is not a paid public service announcement, I'm a retired Army Command Sergeant Major that doesn't exaggerate.

Very reliable and professional inspection company. Super easy to schedule and pay. They do a thorough job and check everything! I was super impressed and will continue to use again and again. As a real estate investor doing 40 to 50 transactions a year it is so important to have a company like this to count on. I am glad my agent at Charles Edward Realty gave them to me as one of many suggestions for an inspector. So glad I chose them, I hit the jackpot with this company!
