My overall experience was excellent. One incident stood out to me as incredible, and I wanted to share. Having dyslexia, makes completing paperwork, even on a computer, a truly tedious task. Your receptionist, Alicia, not only asked me how my work was coming along (I’m constantly asked that), but she asked me if she could help me. Never having been helped, I wasn’t sure. But she orally asked me the questions and we were done quietly and quickly. Alicia, thank you!!

Dr. Overdorf performed the Intracept procedure on 3 vertebrae that have caused me pain for years. The relief I felt after six weeks was significant. I would recommend anyone suffering with back pain consider Intracept as a possible solution.

Dr Overdorf was such a refreshing experience in my pain management journey. I have been to other offices where I did not feel like I was being heard, forced to wait for hours, and just lost in the shuffle of all their patients. That is not the case with Innovative. Dr. Overdorf was extremely attentive to my needs laying out all of my options of care in an easy to understand way. I could not sing this practices praises more! Dr. Paul Overdorf DO is an awesome Pain and Wellness Physician. He is kind, attentive and provides in depth details to each patient. For me, he explained my medical conditions to my understanding and next steps. Also, the staff was professional and kind during the my visit. I highly recommend Innovative Pain and Wellness as a go to for your pain related issues. I appreciate them all.

Dr. Haddad & her staff deserve at least 5 stars. Very caring office that is working hard to find ways to fix my pain. She is leaving no stone unturned. Never makes you feel rushed, takes the time to explain things which may require doing it more than once because sometimes it takes a while till I grasp things. If you need pain management, she’s a great find!

Look no further! I am a 43 year old woman who has been in chronic pain for 30 years. I've had the MRI's, the CT's the XRays, paid all the money to never have an answer. Dr. Overdorf knew what was going on with my pain in my first visit. I've had 3 or 4 visits now and I mean it when I tell you I feel better than I have in 3 decades, I'm not kidding!! In and out- no messing around- just treatment and healing. I am beyond grateful! Also, the staff is so friendly, the nurses and very caring and personable. Dr. Overdorf spends quality time with each patient and makes you feel heard, understood and does all he can to help.
