I regularly drive to the Scottsdale location, despite the Chandler location being closer to my home due to the amazing service I received during touchup appointments. The staff is consistently on time and gets me in and out of my appointments efficiently. I recently was with Heather for a touchup appointment and she worked very quickly and was very fun to talk to during my touchup!
The staff here are what makes this place incredible. Dalen and Janet are very kind and professional, and they are very easy to talk to. You can ask your questions and be assured that they are working in your best interest. Client coordinator Dalen makes sure my sessions are scheduled to fit my needs, and RN Janet is sweet and very speedy in all modalities (laser and microneedling). Beauty is pain but I don't mind it here! Thank you for all you do.
